The Richmond Centre for Disability (RCD) is continuing to offer support and classes virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As of today, phones will be answered weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The RCD also offers a gentle exercise class via Zoom on Fridays at 1 p.m. Their Empowered Wellness program will run virtually in June, with more information to be announced on the RCD website.

Community outreach co-ordinator Dave Thomson is also featured on a new episode of “Mind Set Go,” which can be viewed on the AMI television channel (888 on Shaw and Telus) or website.

The RCD will be holding a Zoom watch party, which can accommodate up to 50 participants, on May 7 at 2 p.m. Thomson will answer questions and discuss his experience after the episode viewing.
