High-risk missing woman located

Richmond RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a high-risk missing woman. Kathryn Mather was last seen around 6 p.m. on May 8 in the 8000 block of Spires Road. She has not been seen or heard from since.
Mather is described as a 26-year-old Caucasian woman who is five-foot-three and weighs around 125 pounds. She has brown hair and green eyes. Police and family are concerned for her health and well-being.
