Shane Dagan is offering an option for self-isolating diners during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The owner of the Steveston Seafood House recognizes that some people may prefer not to dine in restaurants—or be able to.

“We’re just trying to do our part for those who cannot get out or who are worried about getting out their doors. Our guests’ health is our number one priority,” says Dagan.

As long as you have someone who can pick up your order, you can phone ahead—days in advance, or on the same day—to place your order for take-out at a 30 per cent discount.

Already, Dagan says, people have started placing orders for pick-up.

“It’s a win-win—a way to keep some people employed and to help some people in our community out,” he says/

For those choosing to dine in, Dagan says, “With increased sanitation practices, we will remain open for dine-in service unless advised otherwise. (And) if there is anything we can do to help out in any way, please reach out to us directly.”
