Richmond World Festival takes place Friday, Aug. 30 (4 to 10 p.m.) and Saturday, Aug. 31 (11 a.m. to 10 p.m.).
Celebrate Richmond’s diversity with two amazing days of arts, culture, food, and live music. The feestival features over 60 food vendors in the ever popular FEASTival of Flavours, a Culinary Stage with top local chefs giving live demonstrations, an Artisan Marketplace, a Kid's World, and so much more. The event takes place in Minoru Park and Richmond Cultural Centre Plaza.

Yoga Meditation
Free Sahaja Yoga Meditation Classes are available to anyone with an interest in meditation, regardless of age or mobility level. The classes provide instruction on simple meditation techniques aimed towards reducing stress, increasing wellness and maintaining balance.
Classes are Sept. 2 (7 to 8:30 p.m.) at Richmond Multicultural Community Services

Sweet Dreams Are Made of This
Catch the last of The "Sweet Dreams Are Made of This…" exhibition at Aberdeen Centre (4151 Hazelbridge Way). Featuring custom-made candy decorations that make the sweetest photo backdrop. The exhibit is open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with the last day being Sept. 2.

Kwantlen Farmers Market
The Kwanten St. Farmers Market showcases the best produce in B.C. The market is recurring every Tuesday until Oct. 8th from noon to 4 p.m. at
Plaza in between the Richmond Public Library and the Minoru Place Seniors' Centre.
