Spotlight on seniors

As I walked out of the Minoru Arena following the Sockeyes Jr. A hockey game, I could not help but be amazed. It was pitch black outside but the park was lit up like a Christmas tree. The track was filled with people of all ages walking and jogging. Fans in the stand cheered on a high-school football game being played in the centre of the track.

On the north side the tennis courts are lit up, while in the back ground, this amazing two-story building was lit up like a crystal ball. To those who had a vision: you dreamed, you built, and we came. If you haven’t visited the area please take a tour.
