The City of Richmond is seeking input on design elements that may be integrated into the public realm surrounding Capstan Station. The Capstan Integration Study will identify physical elements to enhance the experience of residents and visitors in the area and encourage multi-modal connectivity.

The public is invited to provide input:

  • Online: Visit LetsTalkRichmond.ca to view project information and complete a short online survey by Sunday, August 11, 2024.
  • In-person: Drop by one of three public engagement sessions:
    • Sunday, July 7, 2024 from 10 a.m. to noon at Capstan Neighbourhood Park (3311 Carscallen Road)
    • Friday, July 12, 2024 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Richmond Brighouse Canada Line Station (on No. 3 Road between Saba and Cook Roads)
    • Thursday, July 18, 2024 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Aberdeen Canada Line Station (on No. 3 Road between Cambie and Browngate Roads)
  • Hard copy survey: Visit City Hall (6911 No. 3 Road) to pick up a printed survey. The completed survey can be returned to the City Hall customer service desk during business hours until Friday, Aug. 9, 2024.

Feedback from this engagement will help develop a conceptual public realm plan and inform future recommendations to council.
