Richmond RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing male.
David Risbey-Haines was last seen at 10 a.m. on April 8, in the 10300 block of McLeod Crt. in Richmond. His family has not seen or heard from him since.
David Risbey-Haines is described as a 49 year old Caucasian male, 6ft 1 inches tall, with a heavy build, short brown hair, blue eyes, grey and brown beard, wearing a black jacket and jeans. Police and family are concerned for his well-being.
