Richmond's Family Day Weekend filled with over 60 activities

More than 60 free or low cost family-friendly activities are happening throughout Richmond over the upcoming Family Day weekend – Friday, February 16 through Monday, February 19.
Families are encouraged to get active and connected while enjoying time together. Activities include special events, open gyms, sports, and fitness, visual and performing arts, swimming, skating and more. Highlights include:
- Movie night at Watermania
- Exhibitions at Richmond Museum and Richmond Art Gallery
- Pancake breakfasts at Cambie and Steveston Community Centres
- Family yoga at Minoru Centre for Active Living
- Curling Try-It session at Richmond Curling Club
- Naturalist Talks at Richmond Nature Park
The Richmond Children's Arts Festival also takes place on Monday, February 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Richmond Cultural Centre.
