Temporary road closure for CN Rail crossing upgrades

CN Rail and the City of Richmond, will be conducting rail upgrades this weekend starting on Saturday, Nov. 30 at 8 p.m. until Sunday, Dec. 1 at 8 p.m.
During this time, a 24-hour road closure will occur at Westminster Hwy., between No. 9 Rd and McMillan Way.
Please use Hwy. 91 as an alternate route. Although a road closure at this location is required, access to area businesses and residences will be maintained.
Due to heavy traffic in this area, the work will be done outside of regular working hours. An exemption to the noise bylaw has been approved for this project.
