Lots to do this weekend, Richmond. From a beer festival to a talk about climate action, there’s a little something for everybody. So here’s the sign you were looking for to get up and get moving. 


Richmond RFC Beer Festival 

Who: Richmond Rugby Football Club 

What: A beer festival just in time for Oktoberfest season. Three local breweries and local sausages will be featured. 

When: Saturday, Oct. 5, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Richmond Pumpkin Patch 

Who: Richmond Country Farms 

What: Opening day of the Richmond Pumpkin Patch where you can pick pumpkins, pet farm animals, and much more.

What: Richmond plans on reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 50 per cent by 2030, this is an opportunity to come out and listen to the local government’s next steps and provide feedback.
