The City of Richmond is in the process of developing a new MyRichmond mobile app complementing its MyRichmond web-based portal. During this final design phase, the city is seeking feedback from residents and others on their top priorities for the app before it is launches in early 2023.

From now until Dec. 11, visit LetsTalkRichmond.ca to learn more and participate two ways: completing a short feedback form or asking a question. The feedback gathered will help inform the user-experience design to ensure the mobile app meets the specific needs of Richmond residents.

About MyRichmond:

• Currently, MyRichmond is a web-based portal that offers personalized city information to those who have an account. The city will launch a mobile app offering the similar services in early 2023.

• MyRichmond registrants can register for programs, access property tax and utility bill information, view garbage and recycling collection schedules, sign up for emergency notifications, submit feedback, report a problem, and more.

By offering the mobile app version of MyRichmond, the city meets another goal of its Digital Strategy: to be a leader in how technology is leveraged in providing services and capabilities to residents and customers.
