This weekend is the last of summer (say it ain’t so) and as always, Richmond has got a ton in store for you, your friends, and your family. From open mic night to a shoreline cleanup, you’re sure to find some way to keep busy. So get out and have some fun Richmond.

Open Mic Night

Identity - Defining Masculinity 

Who: The Tapestry Church 

What: A seminar by the Tap Men Ministry on masculinity with breakfast provided

Pizza Night at The Sharing Farm 

Who: The Sharing Farm 

What: A pizza night where The Sharing Farm makes fresh wood-fired pizza in their cob oven and uses their own locally-grown vegetables

Daylong Meditation Practice

What: A shoreline cleanup in Richmond

Clothing Donation at IKEA

Who: IKEA and Big Brothers 

What: A clothing donation event where you bring in two large bags of acceptable donations and receive a coupon for your next IKEA visit (note: acceptable donations include bags, shoes, boots, home decor, linens, clothing, accessories, housewares, books, toys, DVDs and games. Used electronics and furniture are not accepted.)
