Kajaks to honour beloved coaches in celebration of life

The Kajaks Track and Field Club will host a celebration of life for three beloved long-time coaches who passed away last year: Moseley Jack, Jean Jacques (JJ) Schmidt, and John Caruso.
The memorial is scheduled for June 19 from 2 to 5:30 p.m. at the plaza at Minoru Centre for Active Living’s Event Centre. The open house style event, which will offer some snacks, is being hosted by the families as well as the Kajaks.
Members of the public are invited to join in the celebration and recognize the lives of these three important coaches.
