Vancouver International Airport, in partnership with Quest Outreach Society, is again helping families in need this holiday season.

The annual holiday hamper drive will be accepting drop-offs of donations tomorrow (Dec. 7) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The drop-off location is on the curb of the departures level, just past the international terminal building. Quest will also be collecting cash or card donations on-site, or you can donate on their website.

People are asked to fill reusable grocery bags with specific ingredients, in order to ensure that every meal is consistent. The ingredients requested are:

• Two cans of soup

• Two cans of vegetables

• One can of cranberry sauce

• One box of crackers

• One box of chocolates

• One box of cookies

• Two cans of fruit

• Two packets of gravy

• Two boxes of instant mashed potatoes

• Two boxes of stuffing

The airport will donate one turkey per hamper, and Stable Harvest Farms will add fresh organic produce. Quest Outreach donors will also ensure there is a Quest gift certificate with every meal.
