The Richmond Chamber of Commerce is hosting a big name in politics for its first in-person event in over a year: Erin O’Toole, Canada’s leader of the official opposition.

O’Toole will join a conversation about the future of Canadian trade in a post-pandemic world, and share why he thinks the nation can still become stronger and more resilient.

The event, which happens next Monday from 11:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel (7551 Westminster Hwy.), will adhere to a safety plan in compliance with phase three of the province’s restart plan. Only full tables of six are available for purchase, and guests must complete a health screening in advance of the event.
