If you’re caring for someone with COVID-19 at home, you’ll need to:
• Wear a mask, eye protection and gloves.
• Wash your hands often.
• Stock up on cleaning supplies.
• Regularly disinfect your home.
• Monitor yourself for symptoms.
It is also important to watch for the start or worsening of symptoms in the person with COVID-19 you are caring for.
If you drive the person you’re caring for to the hospital, call ahead to tell them the person has COVID-19.
