Richmond Arts Awards finalists unveiled
A celebration of the community’s rich cultural scene is reflected among the finalists for the 2019 Richmond Arts Awards.
For the 11th consecutive year, the City of Richmond and Richmond Arts Coalition is excited to celebrate the achievement and contributions by Richmond residents, artists, business leaders, educators and change-makers to the local arts scene.
This year, the selection committee reviewed 75 applications to determine the finalists in each of the six categories. The winners of each of the six categories will be declared at a special ceremony hosted by Mayor Malcolm Brodie at Richmond City Hall on Tuesday, May 14 at 7 p.m.
