Library releases its top reads of the year

The Richmond Public Library annually looks back on its most popular reads of the year, and in 2022 the top circulating book of the year was Dog Man: For Whom The Ball Rolls by Dav Pilkey.

Pilkey’s 2019 graphic novel, the seventh in a series, also topped the Richmond Public Library’s 2020 circulation list. It can be borrowed via the library’s website.

 Community members are encouraged to follow the library on social media to check out its book lists. This allows people to see what they may have missed reading this year and provides reading ideas for 2023.

The library creates online lists of the top five titles in a number of categories, which can be browsed using the links below.
