The RCMP are investigating two separate suspicious incidents at the same home in Richmond, in a 10-day period.

On the evening of Nov. 18, police say two armed suspects posing as city bylaw officers entered the home where a woman was forced to the ground but managed to contact authorities.

The suspects fled in a dark SUV before police arrived and they remain at large.

On Wednesday night, the RCMP say officers responded to the same residence after neighbours reported hearing an alarm sounding.

The Mounties say suspects broke in through the front door and fled with stolen property in a U-Haul van, which was later determined to be stolen.

One of the people who lives in the home is known to police, and the RCMP say they believe both incidents were targeted.
